  • February 24: Dr. Chris Koops and Ms. Jackelyn Van Buren, UNM Department of Linguistics, “New Mexico dialect geography: past and future”
  • March 10: Dr. Tema Milstein, UNM Department of Communication and Journalism, “Constructing Humanity's Place in ‘The Environment’”
  • April 21: Dr. Nicholas Bauch, University of Oklahoma Department of Geography, “Title TBD; General topic: Digital humanities in the American West”

  • On April 21, there will be the regular afternoon lecture, as well as a lunchtime workshop with Dr. Bauch co-hosted with the Spatial Humanities Working Group.  There will be a paper to read and discuss at the workshop.
