In Fall 2021, UNM is returning to full, in-person operations, to the greatest extent possible within current public health guidelines. You can find information about the university’s response to the pandemic at this website. There are three key things to know as you come to campus. First, masks and social distancing are recommended for all people, regardless their vaccination status, for all indoor meetings. Second, the university will, with few exceptions, require all faculty, staff, and students to be vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than September 30. Finally, the pandemic has been a disruption for virtually everyone worldwide, and some of us have experienced significant trauma and loss in the past 18 months. Please be patient with others as we all return to campus.
